It can be used liberally on the body as a general cooler, and it is particularly helpful for abrasions, hot spots, and as a facial toner. The Hydrosol Water is steamed distilled in small batches to produce a high quality. Peppermint is a skin sensitizer, which means when sprayed or applied to the skin – it will provide a mild ‘cooling’ sensation. For this reason, peppermint water is great when used as a facial toner. It iss refreshing, cooling and cleansing. This water contains a blend of three food-grade preservatives, which are natural organic compounds: potassium sorbate, sorbic acid and citric acid. No other preservatives or fillers are added.
